My Promise to You
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until your inspection appointment-after you've hired me.
Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and pricing. One thing that's certain is that your home inspection requires a lot of work.
Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspectors effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort, so you have the information you need to purchase the new house with confidence and maintain it with peace of mind.
This I promise you.
Bob Bayer a Professional Home Inspector will spend 2 to 3 hours thoroughly evaluating all aspects of the property you are purchasing, from the roof to the foundation and all areas in between using the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice.
Therefore, I provide the most thorough, most advanced home inspection on the market.
Clients and their agents should go through the house and grounds with me, if possible, so I can inform you of any deficiencies or concerns.
Clients will also learn “how things work”, and what needs to be maintained and why. Therefore, clients get a real education about the new home they are considering.
Don’t worry, I will explain everything in terms you can understand.
